RENTAL POLICIES

Regulations

  • You must be at least 18 years old with a valid drivers license and a credit/debit card to complete a booking.

  • Complete and e-sign rental agreement and watersports waiver.

  • Read, acknowledge, and e-sign terms and conditons.

  • Watch a 15 minute safety and operation video.

Reservations

  • Bookings may be made immediately by scanning our QR code, or booking online.

  • Book 24 hours a day.

  • During booking please specify whether you will be picking up or add a delivery to your booking for an additional fee. Fee will vary depending on what lake you are setting up delivery for.

Cancellations

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the rental date will be given a 50% refund. There will be no refund given for any cancellations made with less than a 14 day notice. There are no refunds for inclement weather.

Security Deposit

We require a $500 security deposit for our watercrafts, as well as a debit card to be left on file and the renter assumes and takes full liability for any and all damage done to our jet skis while in your possession. If damage occurs while in your care, it will be documented upon return, and you will be responsible and charged for the cost of repairs. We will be allowed the ability to charge your card on file for any such mishaps. Please return the jet skis in the same condition it left in!

 

The following list includes but is not limited to the possible ways you may be charged if any of the following are present when the jet ski is returned:

-IMPELLAR DAMAGE

-ROPE IN THE IMPELLAR

-THE JET SKI HAS BEEN ROLLED OVER

- EVIDENCE OF RECKLESS OR IMPROPER OPERATION

-HULL DAMAGE

-THE JET SKI HAS INGESTED WATER INTO THE ENGINE

-THE JET SKI HAS BEEN BEACHED

-THE JET SKI WAS NOT REFUELED

-EVIDENCE THAT THE JETSKI WAS USED TO TOW ANOTHER WATER VEHICLE

-SCRAPES, DINGS, DENTS FROM IMPROPER DOCKING

-IMPROPER HITCHING TECHNIQUE

 

AGAIN, YOU WILL BEAR ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND COST OF DAMAGES INCURRED TO THE RENTAL WHILE IN YOUR POSSESSION.

Jet Ski Rescue

If you have any issues with proper operation of your jet ski rental please call us immediately. To prevent damage to the jet ski do not attempt to tow or be towed back to the docks unless authorized by us here at Q-ourRentals. We will do our best to remedy the situation so that you can continue to enjoy your day at the lake. Again this can only happen if these are mechanical issues that were not caused by improper handling. If evidence is shown that operation default was caused by you or your party, the rental will end immediately. Last but not least, you are in charge of watching your own gas gauge. There will be a large fee for any rescue services needed due to running out of gas on the lake.
